I had composite bonding on 6 teeth last week, done by Dr. leo chiang. im so thrilled with the results.
I was a bit nervous about having it done, Ruksa the receptionist was very reassuring.
Dr. Leo was also very reassuring, when I had my consultation just before Christmas he explained everything about the procedure.
I would recommend this dental practice 100%.

Always had problems with NHS dentists. Came to Hakimi with my daughters. All jobs been done same day, mouth guard ordered, referral to clinic sent. All explained. All in one day. In two weeks came to collect mouthguard - great quality, soft, fits perfect.
Should visit them long time ago!
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!

Dr Ridwan treated me for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and I received excellent care from start to finish. He explained the procedure clearly, talked me through each step, and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the extraction. His calm and professional manner helped reduce my anxiety, and he checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable. Went to Halimi dental place as I was in pain. Dr.Ridwan checked and advised me to remove my tooth. Which I did. He did a brilliant job there and then. Took my tooth out in no time. Made me comfortable. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Today, I underwent an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Ridwan provided comprehensive information, explaining each step with true professionalism. The clinic maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff exhibited exceptional politeness. The extraction procedure was successful, with only sensations of pulling and tugging.

One consideration I would offer is that their pricing is comparatively higher than other providers. However, this aligns with the principle of receiving value commensurate with the investment.

Six days post-procedure, I experienced discomfort and soreness around the extraction site. Dr. Ridwan and the receptionist promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day, coinciding with his availability. During the follow-up, Dr. Ridwan offered valuable guidance on site maintenance, applied medication to the affected area, and prescribed antibiotics for subsequent days.

Notably, no additional charges were incurred for this follow-up visit, as Dr. Ridwan clarified that post-operative care is an integral service included with the tooth extraction fee. Considering this comprehensive approach, I no longer perceive their pricing as elevated.

The dentist that done my aligners and the dental nurse were fantastic. Really informative and friendly and made me feel at ease. Really happy with the end result.

Location wise the parking is hectic but can’t really be helped.

Would be 5 stars but a receptionist on several occasions was super rude to me on the phone. Would hang up without saying ‘goodbye’ or ‘have a nice day’ or anything like that. She also asked me to ‘hurry up’ to an appointment, when I was driving there and going to be on time for my appointment which stressed me out and was completely unnecessary

Cannot praise Dr Ridwan Khan and the team today enough. After being in pain for a few days, it took them no time to remove the problem tooth. I was made comfortable throughout the whole appointment, which was really easy to arrange. The practice is clean and modern. Everyone was very friendly and I felt very cared for.

As someone who was afraid to go to the dentist after five years of not being able to go, I can safely say that Hakimi Dental Clinic is the BEST DENTIST I've been too. I effortlessly booked an emergency appointment online on a Sunday at very short notice. I arrived in an awful lot of pain and was treated with kindness as soon as I walked in, was seen to early, and left a short time later with the problem resolved. I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Ridwan Khan and the lovely dental nurse. I was a bit nervous, but they both reassured me with their professionalism and care, making me feel completely at ease. I recently took my family to this dental surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. I saw Dr Ridwan Khan a few weeks ago for a root canal appointment that was spread over a couple appointments. I phoned so many dentists trying to get an emergency appointment and got nowhere. After contacting Hakimi dental, I was seen 2 hours after. I cannot recommend him and the team highly enough. They made the entire process so easy, even fitting me in over the weekend. Dr Khan takes so much pride in his work and will spend extra time making sure that he is completely happy with the work he has done. He also took the time to explain every step to me so that I was fully aware of everything being done. A fantastic dentist.

I broke a tooth 2 days before Christmas and thought I was in for pain all over the holiday. Not so, as the emergency dentist I saw , Ridwan, did such a good job with a temp repair that easily lasted 4 pain free weeks. I was so impressed I went back specifically to see him to have a crown fitted which I am very pleased with.

twice attended hight dental to have stains removed ut was not fully removed to my satisfaction. One trip to Hakimi Dental and stain is gone. I actually fell in love with all three people I encountered, receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. Definitely, I have found my permanent dentists, as long as they keep the five star rating I am giving them. See you in guys in 3 months for another cleanup. Thanks.

Right at the first call, customer service was top tier! Lovey Receptionist, Super clean facilities & friendly staff.

The dentist was great, took time to explain things and provided a great experience (even though it was dental).

Gave recommendations on things to try and buy that weren't for their gain but for my well-being.
