My first time using Hakimi Dental Clinic. I was greeted to a warm atmosphere by Rukhsar, she made us both feel welcome. My work was handled in a professional manner and was clearly explained to me regarding the treatments and what is required moving forward. Thank you Rukhsar for a relaxing and calm experience and for your warm, excellent customer service, also thanks greatly to the Dentist Howard and his assistant Aminah for their attention and care. Regards Mr GOMEZ.

I had an emergency appointment today with Dr Ridwan Khan, I needed a complex wisdom tooth extraction. I’m a very nervous patient and he was incredible. Best dentist I have ever had. The dental nurse was very caring as well. I will be returning back in the future. Thank you.

Just wanted to say how much this dental practice and Dr Khan has changed my life. My journey started 16 months ago when I arrived with severe toothache. Upon assessment I had to have a back tooth removed. I was petrified, years of not going to a dentist had left me in a state of panic. The team literally held my hand whilst I had the tooth removed then explained treatment going forward. I had a clean then was referred to a specialist peridontist to get my gums sorted before coming back to Hakimi to get old veneers removed that were terrible and new ones put on. I am finally over my fear of the dentist. I can smile again; something I have not done properly for years. I have confidence I forgot I had and have also joined the gym. All because of the confidence having the dental work has given me. Every process was explained to me, I was put at ease at every appointment. The team are fantastic and I can’t thank them Enough for what they have done for me. They have literally changed my life for the better and I will be eternally grateful

Dr.Ridwan was fantastic, really helped me understand the problem and what he could do to fix it. After he helped me sort my pain out he took extra precaution as my birthday is the day after. Nurse simran was so lovely too! Will definitely be coming back to set up a plan for my Invisalign!!! Thank you so much Hakimi dental clinic!!!

Been today (Sunday) to have a Wisdom tooth removed. Grace was absolutely superb, I didn't feel it. I would recommend going to anyone I know.

Having woken up to a terrible abscess on my gum (and on a Sunday) I had contacted the clinic online and booked an emergency appointment. The receptionist had called me back and was very helpful over the phone. The clinic is very clean and the receptionist was welcoming. I did not need to wait long to be seen and Dr Ridwan was very understanding and empathetic, and could see I was in a lot of pain. Following x-rays being taken, Dr Ridwan explained the cause of the abscess and what procedure he would take. This was very reassuring for me particularly as I find dental visits terrifying. Dr Ridwan also advised me of the post care following my procedure. I left feeling relieved and in a lot less pain than when I arrived. I will definitely recommend this clinic, there is genuine care shown when addressing your dental concerns. Many thanks for the quality and care provided at my appointment.

I went to Hakimi after another emergency dentist had overcharged me and I was unhappy with the service. Dr Ridwan and his colleagues immediately put me at ease and was honest. He explained how we could move forward and supported me with what decision to make. Communication was clear. I then went back to Hakimi and Dr Ridwan for a root canal. Very pleased with the outcome. Did not feel any pain and all members of staff were extremely caring and efficient. Dr Ridwan is a highly skilled dentist that puts you at ease. I highly recommend.

I had composite bonding on 6 teeth last week, done by Dr. leo chiang. im so thrilled with the results. I was a bit nervous about having it done, Ruksa the receptionist was very reassuring. Dr. Leo was also very reassuring, when I had my consultation just before Christmas he explained everything about the procedure. Always had problems with NHS dentists. Came to Hakimi with my daughters. All jobs been done same day, mouth guard ordered, referral to clinic sent. All explained. All in one day. In two weeks came to collect mouthguard - great quality, soft, fits perfect. Should visit them long time ago! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND !!!

Dr Ridwan treated me for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and I received excellent care from start to finish. He explained the procedure clearly, talked me through each step, and made sure I understood what to expect during and after the extraction. His calm and professional manner helped reduce my anxiety, and he checked in regularly to ensure I was comfortable. The procedure was handled with skill and precision, and the aftercare advice was practical and easy to follow. I appreciate his professionalism, communication, and patient-centered approach, and I highly recommend him.

Went to Halimi dental place as I was in pain. Dr.Ridwan checked and advised me to remove my tooth. Which I did. He did a brilliant job there and then. Took my tooth out in no time. Made me comfortable. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Today, I underwent an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Ridwan provided comprehensive information, explaining each step with true professionalism. The clinic maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff exhibited exceptional politeness. The extraction procedure was successful, with only sensations of pulling and tugging. One consideration I would offer is that their pricing is comparatively higher than other providers. However, this aligns with the principle of receiving value commensurate with the investment. Six days post-procedure, I experienced discomfort and soreness around the extraction site. Dr. Ridwan and the receptionist promptly scheduled an appointment for the following day, coinciding with his availability. During the follow-up, Dr. Ridwan offered valuable guidance on site maintenance, applied medication to the affected area, and prescribed antibiotics for subsequent days. Notably, no additional charges were incurred for this follow-up visit, as Dr. Ridwan clarified that post-operative care is an integral service included with the tooth extraction fee. Considering this comprehensive approach, I no longer perceive their pricing as elevated.

The dentist that done my aligners and the dental nurse were fantastic. Really informative and friendly and made me feel at ease. Really happy with the end result. Location wise the parking is hectic but can’t really be helped. Would be 5 stars but a receptionist on several occasions was super rude to me on the phone. Would hang up without saying ‘goodbye’ or ‘have a nice day’ or anything like that. She also asked me to ‘hurry up’ to an appointment, when I was driving there and going to be on time for my appointment which stressed me out and was completely unnecessary

Great service, helped with emergency on Sunday, couldn't fault. Able to get me in and treatment within an hour, couldn't fault. Highly Recommend

As someone who was afraid to go to the dentist after five years of not being able to go, I can safely say that Hakimi Dental Clinic is the BEST DENTIST I've been too. Wonderful and caring staff who reassured me and even had a good laugh, quick service and reasonable pricing. HIGHLY recommend this place!

I effortlessly booked an emergency appointment online on a Sunday at very short notice. I arrived in an awful lot of pain and was treated with kindness as soon as I walked in, was seen to early, and left a short time later with the problem resolved. Highly recommended, thanks again Dr Ridwan and team for your compassion and professionalism.

I had an extraction appointment with Dr. Ridwan Khan and the lovely dental nurse. I was a bit nervous, but they both reassured me with their professionalism and care, making me feel completely at ease. Honestly, I didn’t feel a thing throughout the procedure and knew I was in safe hands. Everything was carried out to the highest standards. On my way out, the lovely lady at reception was an absolute pleasure! Thank you all once again :)

I recently took my family to this dental surgery, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, which helped ease any nerves we had. The dentist was thorough in explaining the procedures and took the time to answer all of our questions. The surgery itself was quick and painless, and the results were fantastic. Overall, I highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone in need of quality dental care.

I saw Dr Ridwan Khan a few weeks ago for a root canal appointment that was spread over a couple appointments. I phoned so many dentists trying to get an emergency appointment and got nowhere. After contacting Hakimi dental, I was seen 2 hours after. I cannot recommend him and the team highly enough. They made the entire process so easy, even fitting me in over the weekend. Dr Khan takes so much pride in his work and will spend extra time making sure that he is completely happy with the work he has done. He also took the time to explain every step to me so that I was fully aware of everything being done. A fantastic dentist.

I broke a tooth 2 days before Christmas and thought I was in for pain all over the holiday. Not so, as the emergency dentist I saw , Ridwan, did such a good job with a temp repair that easily lasted 4 pain free weeks. I was so impressed I went back specifically to see him to have a crown fitted which I am very pleased with.

Mr Ridwan Khan is absolutely brilliant. I had my teeth cleaning and polishing done today. He is very good and efficient at what he does. twice attended hight dental to have stains removed ut was not fully removed to my satisfaction. One trip to Hakimi Dental and stain is gone. I actually fell in love with all three people I encountered, receptionist, dental assistant and dentist. Definitely, I have found my permanent dentists, as long as they keep the five star rating I am giving them. See you in guys in 3 months for another cleanup. Thanks.

Right at the first call, customer service was top tier! Lovey Receptionist, Super clean facilities & friendly staff. The dentist was great, took time to explain things and provided a great experience (even though it was dental). Gave recommendations on things to try and buy that weren't for their gain but for my well-being.
